Why not make them fit into your calories for the day?

    Special K cracker chips!
Almost like chips......plus 17 per serving, if munched on slowly and enjoyed, are quite satisfying

Eat them in smaller portions that fit your calorie goal.

Tea, pepperoni sticks and cheese are my usual snacks. When I want sweeter I go with nuts, coconut, and cacao nibs.

    Maybe something like
    muesli bars
    quest bars
    baby carrots
    raisins or other dried fruit
    frozen berries

Also, FRESH FRUIT! (my favorite snack)

Some people on here swear for popcorn too.

Whatever you are craving work out how to either eat a portion controlled amount or create a lower calorie version

I love cheese ...I now keep a tub of grated extra mature cheddar in my fridge and use 5-10g (20-40 cals) to melt into eggs or as a topping for Italian style stews

I love chips ...I buy multipacks of quavers and pops and get a bag of chips every day for under 90 cals

I love ice-cream...a bowl is easily worked into calories but I also love Soleros for 90 cals or Mars ice cream bars for 140

I love big hearty foods...I batch cook with lots of vegetables and eat huge amounts over mixed salad leaves or 100g rice

I love tasty spicy food...spices are easy to use

I am so there with you on the ice cream love. If I had to choose just one food to eat for the rest of my days, it would be either sushi or ice cream.
