  • My negative adjustments are a mess. On Friday my burn was 3362 (I am 5'7" and 173 lbs, so there is a significant exercise burn in there.) MFP is saying my Fitbit Calorie Adjustment is -4
  • Yes, I am having this problem. Either it tells me I burned no calories from exercise, or it is counting them 3 times.

  • I've done each workout, but not in a complete 30 day routine. Weight til you see rock n roll squats. This woman is CRAZY, and I love her.
  • Did W1D1, chest and back this morning, but no ab ripper. Had to teach a Zumba class this evening. Boy was that video rough. I'm already sore. Tomorrow is going to be TORTURE! Excited (lol) to see the Plyo work out tomorrow.

  • Not great at checking in, but did my Week 2 day 4 Tuesday, taught 2 aerobics classes yesterday so skipped JM, but did week 3 day 1 today...killer
  • may 12th, 2012 here 166 days until my wedding and placed my invitation order last week.
  • Got another week 1 work out in. Better than nothing, at least! Back on level 2 tomorrow, and I'm teaching 6 Zumba classes this week. I'm tired already!
  • Got sore/sick over the weekend, so only got my cardio in after 2 days of week 1, but I'm back in the saddle with W2D1 today! And I forgot how weird it gets with her trying to bite Shelly and Natalie. They must have been loopy after rehearsal or something. The two minutes of plank cardio is super tough, too!
