there are loads of other ways of eating protein other than meat, thats why the human race are omnivores - we can EASILY survive without eating meat, maybe try going vegetarian for a while until you get that hankering for meat again?

this is a total fantasy thread. i love it! i would eat as much chocolate as i could and then some. i would have pizza, chinese and indian takeaway every day of the week. I think it's because it's so easy to not watch what you eat, so you can whatever you like and it just piles on... whereas if youre trying to lose weight, youve got to count EVERY SINGLE calorie, and that's why it's so hard, because youre so used to eating whatever you want. That's my theory anyway :)

Maybe it's the muscles that you're gaining? Obviously, that counts as weight. But other than that, i'm not sure :S x
