My thoughts. Are you eating ENOUGH? When I get really strict about my food, I find I don’t eat enough. As soon as I increased my calorie intake by 200 the weight started to drop. So really look at how much you’re eating and are you eating enough?

I have a sit/standing desk but I can’t figure out how to add movement and still type or write while moving lol. Also, getting up or walking around or taking the long way to printers and bathrooms we get negative feedback for not being productive. It’s hard to stay moving. I didn't have a set goal but I did what I set out to do which was make smarter food choices and move my *kitten*. I did do that so I'm feeling pretty good about January. Bring it on, February!!
