I joke as I am from the "land of bland" where ketchup is a spice. This last post about simple tastes is me. I really dont want to do anything but it is our anniversary so maybe I will convince him for us to do a hike after the soccer games on Sat instead of a big meal.

:happy: It is sooo good to do this esp when you are having a "craving" day. Today I was ready to cave in and well went for almonds instead. A no fail environment helps me tons!!

I do WW also. Lost about 20lbs but need to keep the motivation up. Very hard some days. Looking into getting a digital food scale from WW.

One could always make mini cupcakes also. Sounds like some yummy variations out there though.

I guess I should have said. I LOVE our data base Weight Watchers data base is much harder in my view. Im tracking my points here instead of 2 websites!

So for those who do the tracker in WW also is that hard than this or is it in my head? Nothing I eat seems to be in the database! Lean cuisine, string cheese, etc. Seems very generic.

So today I joined Weight Watchers. BIG Deal for me. Then went to a specaility store and got some good shoes. It really does feel great to put myself on the list!

I had New Balance which I thought were good shoes but since the Dr. said I Pronate a lot Brooks are the best ones to get. About time I worked on my news years resolution of putting myself on the list!

So I finally..... went to the podiatrist. Found I have HUGE bone spurs in my heals and that due to my bad shoes I bruised both of my big toes.. Anyhow.. I am getting custom orthotics and Brooks shoes. The Dr. said I had a classic case of tired feet syndrome. I laughed as I said dont all moms have that? Apparently its an…

Okay so I have been off for about a month. Just not motivated. Sick kids, sick me. I finally went to the food dr and found out I need custom orthotics. I see a light to the end of my foot pain! Back at it and powering through.

How do you stay motivated? I get going good then loose motivation.

Argh! I have this sinus cold and I either dont feel like eating at all or I try to "feed" the cold. I am exhausted and although not going over in calories I am just not getting what I need as far as protein, water and fiber. CArbs are never a prob esp when I am sick. Hoping this goes away soon so I can get on track again.…

WOW and OMG!!! Until now I did not realize how bad Chicken nuggets are for you. I knew they were the best but 168 cal in 3 of them!? Im so glad I am more conscious of what I am eating.

I had to go off the pill also because of blood clots and that alone has made a world of difference in my mood.

It finally moved! I have been feeling better seeing my tummy not as big. I guess that can happen esp with women with PCOS. No weight loss then a bunch. I just about said forget it boy am I glad I didnt! :smile: :smile: :smile:
