The only coach I am familiar with is Brittany, because she was on last season. So I really don't know anything about the other coaches. I'm excited for this season- it's my weakness LOL

Welcome! It's nice to have you. This is my 2nd time around- I did MF back in 2010 before getting pregnant with my son. Now I'm back to lose the rest of the weight, for good!!

*snicker* I believe healthy weight loss is 1-2lbs a week. The only time I've ever heard of losing a pound a day was with the hcg diet and while I'm not totally familiar with it, I don't believe it's very healthy.

I feel like I'm weird but I don't want big boobs ha. I have big boobs and always have. I'd most likely have a reduction unless something insane happens in my weight loss but anyway. It's not uncommong to have a stall on week 2 or 3. Just average it out over the course of your journey and it will be but a blip in your journey. I'm sure you're not but just make sure you are eating on plan, no extras, drinking ALL your water, etc.

I think you'll do fine!! Stick to the plan as written. The first 1-3 days can be tough as you get yourself into fatburning state. My favorite is the tropical punch drink with a fruit punch flavor infuser. Yummm!! I make it in water bottle and add double the water. I can sip on that and have it last me at least an hour. Keeps me feeling nice and full.

Medifast is telling you this? I've never heard of this at all. I'm curious to ask my health coach about it.... Anyway. My first week I just did regular 5&1 and lost 8.2lbs. I'd love to, but I deal with extreme hunger while on plan and exercising only aggravates it further. I'll see how I do with the hunger aspect of it this time around but for now, no (at least not until week 3 for sure). When I did it last time I did the 30 day shred, 6 days a week. It didn't seem to affect my losses at all…

This is round #2 after baby #2 ;) The first time I did it I lost 19lbs the first 4 weeks. My first week loss was 8.2lbs I am back today is day 1 for me. Can't wait to get this weight off FOR GOOD! Glad to see this board is active.

I have to say the slow weight loss scares me. 4lbs after that many days? I mean yeish it's gonna take me years to get to goal.

So here is my question- do you try and replace dairy with non dairy products? Because I tried a "cheese" and it was vile. I'm trying to decide if I want to find a subsitite or just forget cheese ever existed (there are decent milk and yogurt replacements but cheese is just baaad so far)

I started the 24 day challenge today! I haven't had much energy despite drinking spark twice today (love the fruit punch!). I'm sure it will take some time for my body to detox but I know it will be all worth it!

Awesome info guys, thanks SOOO much! So I went to tools and did the BMR and it had me at 1472 for the day. But when I go to log food it is still showing my goal at 1200, does anyone know how to change that? So my goal is 1472. Awesome.
