L2D1 just finished. **** there's allot of planks. I suck at those.. just what I need then! Managed to follow anite through, though I was slower so fewer repeats. Hopefully better tomorrow!

starting lvl 2 tomorrow. Finished lvl 1 today. Upper Waist 95.0 cm - > 94 cm Bellybutton 111.0 cm - > 108 cm Hips 124.0 cm - > 118 cm wondering if we're measuring wrong :P we'll see how lvl 2 goes.

sounds painfull. hehe. think I will try it. but start on Monday. We have 13 santaclauses, the first one arriving on the 12th. So if I manage to do all of that then the 13th can give me a nice present <3

the cup unit confuses me but I am fairly certain I manage that :) 2-3 liters a day I think, just keep filling my 0.5l flask and take it with me everywhere. Yesterday sucked, cause I fell asleep after work but I did manage the 30min workout. Did break my calorie limit (though still under what I burned total). grrr.

sounds good :) 5.12 1. 30 minutes of cardio - done 2. Stay under your calories - done 3. Drink 8 cups of water - done SW: 211 lbs Name's Rosa. Would be happy with 2 lbs loss per week, but we will see :)

Day 2 done. Didn't feel much sore (my shoulders just a little now) so felt great when I finished :) The only exercise I have an issue with is the last one, bicycle abs thingy. Grr.

Now you can use MFP to track what you eat by logging your food. and get some exercise in and log that as well.

I'd love to know how you (and others) feel about the quality of that "game". Been thinking to buy it, but have EA sports active already (and now her 30d shred) so good for now.

hmmm maybe if I put enough rum it'll cancel out any allergy causing stuff? or he will blame the tummy ache on the alcohol. lol. prunes are also off the list. but I think I'll try something with bananas. We both like them, and it might be a nice twist to the chocolate taste.

Well unfortunately pears are on the nono list as well. Will see what I find in the baby food section, thanks for that advice. Also see if I find honey that isnt taken from trees (another thing he cant eat.. ugh his list of can is so much shorter than cant :/ )

Have a Wii, with Wii fit, wii sports and now for a week EA sports active 2. I love it. Use that when I dont go to the gym :D
