Different weight for unpopped and popped, and therefor different calories? I always go by the unpopped information and then make it myself. Because it is buttered, I have no problem believing a bag can be 500 cal.. but it would help to know the size of the bag ;) Unbuttered and unoiled popcorn is actually fairly low on…

hehe you are supposed to change your goals manually every 10lbs or so, that will change your calories for the day. just updating your weight will not change your daily calorie allowance. grats on the loss btw :)
-
Only if you yourself go to My home > goals > change goals... So you need to reset manually, recommended to do so at least every 10lbs lost. also if your daily activity changes (change of jobs, going on long vacation etc)

The Lost Vikings  Me and my sister spent waaaaay too much time playing it.. and then when we hit a wall waaaaay too much time trying to find the cheatcode to pass that lvl. Was no fun when my uncle wanted his computer back

this is where I started: and this is where I am now:

Not really, I just factor it into my calories. If I do go for a social event I dont worry too much, just focus on not binging. eating TDEE -15% or so helps, being highly active helps allot :drinker:

Eat it.

I have a polar FT4 (I think) and it works good but you can probably do a search for HRMs to see reviews, you can have stand alones or even use your smartphone with a strap. You're welcome and best of luck. Feel free to poke if you got more questions :flowerforyou:

HRM = heart rate monitor. Good for getting estimates for how much you use in exercise. It sounds like your calculations were good, so start with 1450-1600 per day, log every day, and then in a few weeks examine where you are at. Both in terms of weight and how you feel. If you increase your exercise intensity I would eat…

I am not going to get into a starvation vs not starvation mode argument, but if I just go by my own experience and the data I have gathered for myself the body definately gets used to conditions and adjusts.

Hi You have definately taken the right step in figuring out your BMR and TDEE! Bodyfat is usually not very accurate but its good to have that as an approximate. Its not advicable to eat under your BMR for a long time, your body will get used to whatever you are consuming and if it sees that its not getting enough "for the…

Thanks FriscoChet :) Always good to get new friends, and sure I can whip back ;)

I keep it open, as I have been asking for advice. Not that people can understand it without a google translator.. :flowerforyou:

Degan: I downloaded one version of it but yet to play it. So far my runs have been goal oriented (doing c25k again with a friend) but I will find time to give it a try! Your stat page looks great - I always feel so encouraged when I see you log your runs - now I will be spying on how many zombies you evade as well!…

I am just now dropping into the "overweight" category for BMI.. my curves are getting more defined but I was definately curvy back when I started this as well. There are "overweight" women who do not look curvy, and there are "normal weight" women who have no curves.. its to do with genes and muscles.. some women have it…

You're an idiot. Not really, great tips :flowerforyou:

Best for losing weight is watch calorie intake. Best for health, whatever exercise you can do. Walking is great, as is swimming, bodyweight exercises and lifting for building up your muscles to tolerate more. As you lose weight you can add in heavier cardio, bike and elliptical is great to start with before you go into…

Currently grab either The secret world or neverwinter online when I have time to play. Last game I finished was the new Tomb Raider. Working and exercising doesnt leave much time for playing.. but I still like it. Feel free to add me ;)

If you are not diabetic, or have other *medical* reasons to cut out sugar, then as long as your diet is reasonably healthy and balanced you dont have to worry too much ;) As mentioned, fruits are full of other things than sugar that do you good, and if you have crawings for a specific fruit/fruit group your body might just…

150-200g of protein pr day for me.. to get it without protein powder I eat kesam/skyr (milk product, kinda like yoghurt), chicken breasts, eggs, and cheese. Fish is also good. Usually I use protein powder with the foodstuff though.. only so much chicken I am willing to eat per day :P
