Hi everyone! :) New here.

I am 23 years old and I have been trying to get to my goal weight since January 2012. I used to weigh 215.8 pounds (don't round up/down) and now I weigh 164 pounds. I am also 5'3". I still have a long ways to go.
I used to record what I ate by hand but, I found that this app to be very helpful and easier. I am great at eating well, eating only 1,200 calories. BUT, I am horrible when it comes to exercising. I always have an excuse like: I don't have time, I don't feel like it, and I want to wait until I weigh less. So, anyway! ^_^ I just want to lose weight because, I am tired of being unhealthy and self-conscious about my body. I want to look like the me that is on the inside, if that makes sense. hahaha

Hi!
I am new to the community as well. I am 32 and currently weigh 161lbs. which is the biggest I have ever been in my life. I just had my 3rd child and ready to get my pre-children body back. I am only 5'1 so my goal weight is around 110. This seems so far off but I know I can do this. Much like you I want to be the same on the outside that I feel on the inside. Congrats on all the progress you have made so far!0 -

Hi
Thank you for the response and for the congrats. I think that you can get to your goal weight as well. I also felt the same way when I first started losing weight and I still do... so far away.
Congratulations on having your 3rd child!
I think that it is great your making efforts to being healthy. 0 -
