well for me I eat as much of them as possible .. not always all .. like I earned 800 more calories from excercise but just wasn't that hungry so I ate 550!

ahhh thank you very much :) How do you do it? what chicken do you use? or could I cook it the night before and then let it cool and store the sandwiches in the fridge overnight .. and then take them to uni?

I have around 65g a day .. but that is pretty much all from fruit and veg

i'm a student too and my bill runs me £28 a week .. I only eat healthily too and get 8 portions of fruit and veg a day. I shop at asda and LOVE it. I get fish - 1kg bags of veg - apples - kiwi - pears - frozen blueberries - bread - sandwich spread - wholewheat pasta - bottled water - turkey steaks - cucumber - grapes -…

I think I will have to :) Definitely doesn't sound like constipation .. and i'm having enough water surely .. and do what some consider too much exercise! Only problem is the uni doctors aren't great lol

thanks for that but it seems so unlike me ... lack of exercise . I'm walking like 8 miles daily and going to the gym .. lack of fibre .. i'm at 40g .. inadequate amounts of water! I have at least 6 + 8 portions of fruit and veg .. and stress - I don't feel stressed hmmm .. nor sure, may have to go to the docs

I get around 6 glasses + obviously thr massive amount of water from fruit and veg. I also eat wholegrain bread and pasta :)

don't worry about fruit sugars :-) There are so many nutrients there, the sugar is just a small part. It is much much much better than regular sugar.
