That's so great! Way to go! I just really started running, using the C25K program and I was under 12 min mile last night for the first time ever. Didn't think that would ever happen. Thanks for sharing your NSV. It's great motivation to keep running!

Great job! I'm on Level 1 Day 8 and can't wait to take pics on Sunday after finishing Day 10. And of course the final pics when I complete Level 3. 33 days until my beach vacay and I'm determined to stick with this so I can show those awesome results at the beach! Keep up the good work!!

I weighed this morning and am exactly 1/3 of the way to my goal weight! :) *happy dance* I don't have a time frame, but I'm right where I want to be and losing at a pace that is going to help ensure it stays off.

Love this!! You girls have given me such great inspiration and motivation today! I'm 5'11" and weighed 247 when I joined MFP. I'm down to 230.8 today and my goal is 160ish...we'll see how I feel when I get close and maybe re-evaluate. Thanks for sharing all of your pics and stats! Keep up the amazing work!!

I'm in! Although, it'll be easy for me since I drink my coffee black and only drink alcohol once in a blue moon. The benefits of having a baby - lots of strong coffee and no drinking. :happy: Good luck to you though!!!

Definitely try the Larabars! They have so many different flavors and most have less that 5 ingredients, none including any fake sweetener. I'm on L1D5 today and I LOVE it! I could barely finish the first day and didn't believe people when they said it gets better, but yesterday when I did it, I made it through no stopping and no slacking off. I was still sore as heck and completely wiped out, but I already feel stronger. I'll join ya!

Sprinkle both sides with Tony Chacheres or another Cajun/Creole seasoning. Heat cast iron skillet, or other heavy bottomed pan, on med/high. Add a little bit of butter to the pan and cook catfish 2-3 minutes on each side, shorter or longer depending on thickness of filet. Squeeze a little fresh lemon on top and enjoy!
