What do you consider high protien? 10g, 20g, 30g? I make a Banana Chocolate smoothie 1 banana 1 cup fat free milk 2 tbs peanut butter 2 tbs cocoa powder 2 tbs honey 1tsp vanilla salt to taste Ice 522 calories, 17.9g protein. This is delicious but a little high in calroies/sugar.

I have gotten a towel and ran it under my daughter's armpits and used her body weight to arm curl. She loves it, lol. My dogs on the other hand hare both 60+ lb boxers... Don't think that would work very well.

People saying that HRM give bogus information I just don't think that is true. I base my diet around the calories i burn for the day, a lot of days I will only have 100-300 calorie deficit, sometimes less and I have consistently lost weight basing my numbers off the calories I burn. According to my heart rate monitor I burn 1027 calories doing 7 miles of running. I'm 196lbs FYI.

I had the same thoughts as the other person that said you should look over your caloric needs. If you are still eating the same amount of food you were eating at 50lbs and haven't made adjustments you may be eating more calories than you need. Just a thought to check into. You can eat healthy and still eat to much.

Yea, between the two I like the Halti. It fits over the snout and then snaps behind the head, once its adjusted properly its very hard for them to get off. My dogs went nuts the first few times wearing them but now they don't really seem to care.

One things I have noticed about dieting and trying to eat a healthy and clean is that you have to eat often.
