IIFYM If it fits your macros, eat it. As everyone else said, so long as your eating at a deficit and getting plenty of protein, you're fine. I'm told I eat like a man, whatever that means. I'm also told I workout like a man (weight lifting), so I guess it works.

My final numbers. I did get an Apple watch during the last week, so was able to get a more accurate count of steps. I can see that I definitely need to step it up, since it seems I only average about 6k steps a day :o This was an eye opener! It does seem a little buggy, but I finally got it linked to my phone/watch and it seems to be working now :)

My workouts consist of barbell training at home, so workout clothes are Old Navy. Inexpensive, yes, but also the only place I can get compression leggings in Tall. I always thought it strange to see people write that they won't accept FR's without a note. That seemed like such a *duh* thing to have to say.
