I like your post but I have issues. I am eating 1200-1300 cal/day. my goal is 1300 and I'm told not to go under 1200. It was set at 1300 cal for me to lose 2lbs a week. Don't eat them all. I don't. I just end up with a negative net calories. Been working! You'll see greater weightloss as long as you don't put your body into starvation mode. In my case I can't eat under 1200 and between 1200-1400 seems to be what I need.

I lost all my back fat and arm fat just doing wii boxing and bowling. Now I like to add in Zumba and if you have kids the nick jr dance is fun and an all right workout. Love my Wii!

I work in health care. I also have the breast sweat problem. There is a product called interdry. like a cloth but has silver in the cloth. It sucks up allthe moisture (and scent) and can easily be removed. A single piece can be used for 5 days, and it comes on a roll so you decide how much to cut off. Just another…
