I do the same, however I don't believe MFP calculates the calories burned accurately so I will be investing in a HRM this weekend so I can enter the "actual" calories I burned.

I'm on day 5 of the Shred and although it's getting easier...I still curse at her when it's time for jumping jacks! But I love it! Can't wait to move into level 2!

I agree with Rosie on this. I'd see your Dr. about that. Maybe it's common for runners but if you're just doing a regular work out, I'm thinking that's not normal at all...Good luck and take care!

My weakness is red wine but the calories are high there too. Vodka martinis are better when watching the caloric intake.

Well of course we can! She has a deep fear of getting into a long tern relationship....so she did the first thing she knew to sabatoge it, emotional eating binge... She just needs to come to terms with that.

I had a great FWB relationship for about a year. We talked about making it exculsive but he moved back to Maine to finish school...BOO! We're still friends :)
