I'm due June 16 with my first! 25 weeks and 2 days, and I've gained about 5 pounds. Hoping that I will continue to gain SLOWLY! :-)

I can already feel my legs killing me, and I haven't even done it yet! :)

I don't get cramps, but I do get an upset stomach if I drink too much right before or during. I try to stay hydrated ALL DAY and then drink some after I work out to replenish the water loss.

I like that you said to treat it like an addict.. but I think that's exactly what it is! My main problem is from the time that I get off of work until my drive home. I am thinking that I will start trying to go straight to workout right after work. Then, by the time I get home, it's time for dinner!

Reese cups... they killed me today! I am a teacher, and a student gave them to me! So sweet of him, but so bad for me! I know what I have to do next time.. give them to coworkers!

I do reduced fat feta cheese,almonds, and craisins. Sometimes I add some fresh deli meat to it. My favorite salad dressing is Maple Grove Farms Fat Free Honey Dijon.
