Sounds like you have plateaued; your body has adjusted to your routine. Try shaking up your running routine: incorporate short sprints into your run, uphill runs, etc. Also, consider strength training to help shed fat and tone muscles. Good luck.

Sounds like your body is in starvation mode; it will hold on to fat stores if it thinks that it is in danger of starvation. I could also use some friends on here for support/exchange of ideas. I have been stuck in a plateau for close to 2 years and need to shake it up in order to be successful. Anyone, feel free to add me.

That's how I would log it- instead of listing out each individual exercise. Plus, if you listed them individually as strength training, then you would have to keep track of how many reps completed. You could always break it down in the "exercise notes" section for your records. Hope that helps.
