Please add me to group A. Just started and I've been walking two miles a day at a stately pace (if I start too fast I wreck my knees. Seems like the advice to start slow is actually true when you get a wee bit oldish! ;-) So 2 miles Monday, and 2 tuesday 11/1..... Thanks!!

I'm just as new, and looking to lose about 45 pounds as well. I know WHAT to do, but also lose motivation after a few day. Would love to try to do better together
