You look great! I'm wondering how tall you are...? Your before pic looks about how I look now but I weigh more than 135!! I actually weigh about 150. It's actually kind of amazing how everyone is different and wears their weight differently! :)

Cramping can be caused by a lack of potassium and magnesium in your diet. You can try suppliments/vitamins or eat more bananas and squash. :) It also sounds like you work out a lot, consider that you could be overtraining.

it's totally normal and it shouldn't last more than 1-2 weeks. it's called "carb flu" . sugar makes a good portion of the carbs you take in, particularly refined carbs like breads and pastas. when you cut things like this out of your diet you go through almost a withdrawl period. it'll pass :-)
