Just google what you want. I googled: cracker barrel multi grain pancakes nutritional info and found this: http://www.fatsecret.com/Diary.aspx?pa=fjrd&rid=1907020 Whenever I need to know info for a restaurant I google it. I don't rely only on their website or MFP. Hope that helps! :)

I second this book. It was the best thing I did for myself to quit smoking. It's been two years now and no looking back! It's true about the smell too. I just walk by some people in a store and I can smell it on them, gross. You can do it!

My $35 12 speed Oster works for me right now. I get chunk free smoothies every morning. The trick is to start with liquid and soft ingredients then add the hard stuff a little at a time. I would LOVE to have a Vitamix, but for now my Oster gets the job done. :)

I bake with it all the time. Just replace dairy milk in the recipe with the almond milk. I would use plain unsweetened, although, for sweet goods unsweetened vanilla can be good.

I love almond milk! I buy unsweetened vanilla and put it in smoothies and on cereal/oat bran. I also buy the plain unsweetened and use it in baking instead of dairy milk. You can buy it sweetened or unsweetend. Not sure about protein powder since I don't use them, I'm sure they would mix in just like they would in water or…

I like sweetleaf liquid stevia. I use the vanilla creme flavor in my smoothies. The trick is to not use too much otherwise you get a bitter aftertaste.

Fruit smoothies! I also like pitted dates with a pecan inside. Yum. Forgot hummus! I just made some yesterday with cilantro in it. Soooo good.

Go for it! I love Turbofire! It doesn't mess around for sure, but like a previous poster mentioned there is a woman who shows how to modify the moves. Just do what you can and it will get easier. Good luck!

No, don't stick it in the dryer. Just wash like normal with a load of clothes and let it air dry.
