^^^ This.. I will say that when I where them walking, I feel a different set of muscles the next day. I tend to avoid it though; because, I've noticed that the arches in my feet will begin to bother me as well.

I love Billy Blanks 8 minute tae bo. By the time I feel like crawling under a rock it is almost over and he's cooling you down. You can find this on YouTube as well. I have noticed that each time I try it gets easier.

Take the recipe you want and divide it. For example, if it serves 4, divide it by 4. I have a larger family and have to increase mine most of the time.

My grandfather had the same secret recipe with a slight variation. We just threw down a slice of american.. If we were lucky, we got mozzarella. :) My kids love it with english muffins.

I came across the same issue. My old set of bathroom scales were exactly that. old. I would get a different number every time I looked at the differently; so, I was using my Wii board. I logged mine as well. An hour and 1/5 of pushing and turning and re-cranking the mower after I stopped for some water. It was about 85 degrees out and not humid. By the time I was done, I looked like I had been swimming instead. Nooo way I wasn't logging that burn.

and to think my dh laughed at me for mowing the grass (with a push mower).. :laugh: I guess I'll have to remember all that bending and lifting next time I unload the dishwasher.. sigh.. and school lunches are the reason kids are overweight..

If you click on the servings after you've made the recipe it can be changed. (as well as ingredients or the name) I just recently learned this trick.

When I use recipe builder my number of servings depends on what I am making. For example: Tonight I made Chili. A huge pot of chili for my husbands work.
