    1. SW
    2. SBF
    3. CW
    4. CBF
    5. Do you eat back exercise calories? (Y/N)

    1) 186
    2) 41.1 BMI
    3) 126.4
    4) 27.6 BMI (last measured July 20 at 130 lb)
    5) Usually no. I didn't know I was supposed to until about a week ago. I just assumed so.
  • Love this idea, will be following to see what your data comes up with.

not sure if I qualify Psulemon, since I've been maintaining for over 3 years now. but here you go.

    SW - 235 lbs
    SBF - about 21% (that's a guess, I didn't check it actually till I was down 20 and I was at about 17%)
    CW - 184 lbs
CBF - 11.5% (today, fluctuates between 11 and 12.5 weekly)

Yes, I track exercise calories, I always did, and I eat them, all of them if possible. Although there are days where I work out for 3 or 4 hours generating 1500 or more extra calories, which makes it tough to stuff 4300 calories down my throat, but I try.

I'm not that precise with my calories so I may not be good to include...

    SW 153
    SBF 28%
    CW 149
    CBF 21%
Theoretically I eat my exercise calories.

Started Aug 2011 - this includes 3 broken bones (@6 wks each out of the gym) and 3 major illnesses that had me out of the gym for 3 to 4 weeks each (per doctors orders).

    1. SW - 210 lbs
    2. SBF - 43%
    3. CW - 190 lbs
    4. CBF - 39%
    5. Do you eat back exercise calories? (Y/N) No, I don't think so.

I do the eat clean diet so I vary between 1300 and 1600 cals each day (I eat small portions every 3 to 4 hours until about 7 at night and then once more if I am hungry). I have noticed I tend to want less on heavy work out days and then more the next day. I try to keep my protein at 60 to 90 grams too.

Looking for a few more participants, more specially those who do not eat back exercise calories as 75% of the people that provided data eat theirs back.
