Ok, it's that time again where I am looking to gather data from MFP members again as I did with the below link so I can do analysis (yea, I am a geek like that)

http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/395948-caloric-intake-results?hl=caloric+intake+results&page=1#posts-5425208

I am trying to look at MFP members that lost weight. More importantly, this is looking at weight loss from a fat loss & muscle loss perspective.

I am looking for those who can provide starting weight (SW), start body fat (SBF), current weight (CW), current body fat (CBF) and what is your calories. I am trying to compare those who eat exercise calories (this will include those who eat 20% below TDEE) vs those who don't. If possible, I would liek to collect 50-100 people if possible so I can make a good conclusion.

Please respond with the following

1. SW
2. SBF
3. CW
4. CBF
5. Do you eat back exercise calories? (Y/N)

**I did not start eating exercise calories back until I hit 170 lbs and 32% bodyfat. I am eating them back now. I decided to start eating more because I want to workout harder and my workouts need the fuel. My focus is more fitness now and less weight loss although I'm still losing. My body fat is moving faster than my weight at this point however.

    Edit- calories 1300

    Please respond with the following

    1. SW = 245
    2. SBF = ??
    3. CW = 142
    4. CBF = 25%
    5. Do you eat back exercise calories? (Y/N) Some

I have about 12 pounds left to goal, so my exercise goal is more focused on getting the most caloric burn for the time spent on the elliptical machine. I've shaved 30 minutes off my 1,000 calorie burn (weekends only) so that I'm at 90 minutes now as compared to 120 minutes -- 6 months ago. I have my calories set at 1,200 and that hasn't changed, but I've noticed I'm consuming about 1,300-1,500 calories per day, so not eating back all of them.

Going down to a size 8 in work wear this weekend, and have already reached my healthy jeans size -- 6!
