i am also at 5 foot 9 i weigh 168 lbs i want to get to 154 lbs that should put me to about 13 - 14% body fat i am not massive muscle but you can see it i think it all depends on your body shape and whats right for you

double checked my weight input and was ok says if i want to maintain it will be 2,100 Calories a day and the photo is about 2 years old i think , but i am 38 years old, could that be the reason , cause older people need less

my motervation is a house mate i got at uni , hes 16 years younger than me and in really really bad shape. if , so im using the mind set, i not want to end up like that , which is harsh , but it works :)

its a bad book , parents should just not feed kids CRAP, and train there eating habits better. its the bad habits from my childhood that kill me , eating when depressed and when you do some thing good treated with sweats. its hard but can be done ,

all depends on your whole workout , you should not train the same muscles 2 days in a row , its bad for them should really do a 3 day split monday legs wednesday pulling ( arms) friday extentions (arms) some thing like that
