I want to eat everything!!

Bah! I want to eat EVERYTHING today!
I hurt my calf so I haven't exercised as much as I like in the last couple of days
& now I'm realizing how much exercise helps in putting a cap on this empty belly syndrome that I thought was a thing of the past.

I had a big breakfast & a good lunch.
Now, I'm just gonna gulp some decaf coffee (I'm at work today...) & wait til it's snack time

How do you guys fight it off when you just want to eat EVERYTHING?!

    I keep busy, drink a lot of water and put in an extra workout!

    protien shakes, fill you up cause its about .7 litres of fluid/ shake and protein kills hunger pains

    Drink lots of water. Every time I want a bite to eat (and it's too early to eat again), I drink a whole glass of water. If I am still hungry, I drink another glass, if I am still hungry then I will have a banana, or small fat free light yogurt, or something else small and healthy...takes the edge off. I should say, that's what I used to do. These days I have it down so that I know when I will usually get hungry, and just plan out my healthy snacks ahead of time :D

    Honestly, it is hard to eat a lot of food if all the food choices you make are healthy with no empty calories in them.

    maybe I should clarify that it's not hunger, it's just munchies not hunger!
    at my job we make cookies for clients each morning & OH MY GOD IT TOOK EVERYTHING IN ME NOT TO EAT ALL THE COOKIES. (I had a little nibble though.. .no one is perfect)
    But yes, drinking loads of water helps alot!

    I HATE the munchies! Chewing gum helps me, it didn't right away, after about a few days of trying it it started to help and I chew gum every time the munchies creep up. Sugar free extra strawberry shortcake is my favorite flavor.
