Hey I did Cardio challenge yesterday and did Tabata Power today, holy cow push up moves, my mortal enemy! Well I know where I need to improve :) I'm really enjoying these workouts, I did insanity before but never finished because the workouts got too long. These have everything in it that I love in only 30 mins.

I'm assuming your TDEE is over 1200 calories though, so you mean once it takes into account your exercise calories it puts you below 1200? That makes sense though to just eat above 1200. Yes today is my third day and I am definitely feeling "the burn" lol. I still did the workout today but just not as hard as I had gone yesterday. I figure moving a bit more slowly and taking it easier on yourself is better then not doing anything at all. If your still feeling really sore I would recommend doing some more…

I know because I wouldn't count it as just crunches because the ones I do are all crunch-less lol. They are standing ones and involves a lot of moving around, getting down into planks, getting back up and doing high knees, things like that. So yes my heart rate does get up for a good part of it.
