  • Hi there! I am EBF my 7 month old. I manually set my calorie goal at 2200. I am currently 5'8" and 170 lbs and am hoping to get down to about 150. Let's cheer each other on! :) What are your exercise plans?
  • Have you ever tried baked kale chips? There are tons of recipes online but it's pretty simple. Just spritz kale with olive oil and a little salt and pepper and bake. It has a bit of the salty and crunchy that chips have. Also, Trader Joes has multigrain rice crackers that are a good option - they have fiber and good carbs…
  • p.s. what's a skinny Flat White?
  • I love all these suggestions! I admit it has crossed my mind that I'm addicted to milk rather than coffee :) I don't do artificial sweeteners so the "skinny" sugar-free drinks are not an option. I gained probably about 50 lbs with my son (ugh!) so I'm thrilled to be back into a size 8/10... now if I can just shake these last 15 lbs that have always pestered me that would be great! I'll prob do it just in time to get pregnant again LOL

  • I think a 60 minute trail run and some plyometrics with my husband in the a.m. should do the trick as long as I eat a small breakfast :) The leftovers is where you can get into trouble. It's not such a big deal to go over your cals one day... but 3 days in a row can spell t-r-o-u-b-l-e :)
  • Make sure you track your sugars too; they are just as important as calories. Step up your lean protein and eat more natural ingredients. Plain non-fat greek yogurt with a bit of honey or fruit is a lot better than processed yogurts with artificial ingredients. Nix the diet soda (once again artificial ingredients) and go…
