Have you ever tried baked kale chips? There are tons of recipes online but it's pretty simple. Just spritz kale with olive oil and a little salt and pepper and bake. It has a bit of the salty and crunchy that chips have. Also, Trader Joes has multigrain rice crackers that are a good option - they have fiber and good carbs…

I'm currently at the exact weight I was before I got pregnant (16 months ago). I gained probably about 50 lbs with my son (ugh!) so I'm thrilled to be back into a size 8/10... now if I can just shake these last 15 lbs that have always pestered me that would be great! I'll prob do it just in time to get pregnant again LOL

Thanks for the response! I had salmon last night :) Also, I'm Alaskan so I have a very hard time ordering salmon at restaurants - Alaskans have pretty high standards for salmon!

I think a 60 minute trail run and some plyometrics with my husband in the a.m. should do the trick as long as I eat a small breakfast :) The leftovers is where you can get into trouble. It's not such a big deal to go over your cals one day... but 3 days in a row can spell t-r-o-u-b-l-e :)

Make sure you track your sugars too; they are just as important as calories. Step up your lean protein and eat more natural ingredients. Plain non-fat greek yogurt with a bit of honey or fruit is a lot better than processed yogurts with artificial ingredients. Nix the diet soda (once again artificial ingredients) and go…
