Welcome!! You can do this!! I have about 155 to lose and I used to think that I would always just be short and fat. This website and all of my new friends here are so awesome!! I lost 11 pounds in my first 4 weeks, not including the inches!! Stick with it and you will be so happy you did! Jess

I was wondering where everyone has been hiding..... I lost 3 pounds!!! Hoping for another 2 pounds on this friday!! I also measured and lost 1in around my neck, 2 around my waist and 1 1/2 around my hips!! (I know it might be TMI but my bras fit better too!!! ;-) Jess

Congrats to your loss!! I started on Jan. 6th and I love it , I have lost 11 pounds and inches too!!! My husband was supposed to do this with me but he lacks motivation and I feel like I am nagging him when I am just trying to help!!!! The most that I have lost in one week is 5 pounds, my goal is 2 ounds a week. I don't know how I did 5 pounds in one week but I ran with it, lol. Anyway my opinion is no more than 2 or 3 pounds a week otherwise it isn't healthy.
