I struggle with the exact same thing!!! I really think this is a solution. I usually do eat in moderation, but whenever i fall off the wagon i go back to binging. So I am definitly goin to do this!!

I think i can do that just hope i just hope i dont get hungry, maybe i can pack some healthy snacks to eat in between meals

This is just me but i don't think walking is enough to lose weight i believe that if it aint hurtin it aint working lol .... if you have a laptop there are plenty of youtube workouts (thats what i do) or if not just try jumpping rope and jogging mixed in with some other moves :)

green tea and mango smoothie make the green tea and cool it then blend it with alot of frozen mango's and add honey to taste , it is soo good :)
