I don't eat before I workout. I am up at 4:45am and at the gym by 5:30am. I'm just not hungry that early in the morning. I personally, don’t really care for the new program. I’ve tried it a few times and I always gain. The only program (before they gave those extra points) worked fine for me and I lost 100 pounds with it. But that is just me.

My coworkers are always trying to get me to eat pizza, cake, cookies, etc. I always bring my own food to work and everyone has to make comments about what I'm eating.
