No work out for me Monday or Tuesday. I was just too exhausted and spent my day off yesterday just resting. I really needed that:smile: I will be going to the gym tonight and will check in later with my miles.

I forgot to post my 5 miles from Saturday. I'm not sure if I'm going to be doing anything tonight as I am exhausted and I think I might just go straight home from work. However, if dh wants to go for a walk, I will go with him.

Saturday I did a 3 mile run/walk and today I did a 4 mile run/walk. I felt really good about today because I was able to run 2.2 miles before I had to walk. That's the most I've been able to run at one time in a long time:bigsmile:

Alright, restarting tomorrow for sure. Now that the weather's gotten nicer, it really reminds me that I'm in terrible shape and don't want to look like this for summer.

I don't count anything unless it's treadmill, elliptical, bike or road. But that's just me.

I got a treadmill today:bigsmile: So, I did 2.5 on the elliptical and 4 on the treadmill for a total of 6.5. I'm going to try easing up on the elliptical and using the treadmill more because I'm in training for a 1/2 marathon in October and I want to be able to run most, if not all, of it.

I have an older sister who is really skinny. But she didn't used to be that way. Growing up she was always heavy. Then she moved away and got married. We didn't see her for a long time, then when she came back around she had lost all her weight. She has kept it off for probably 25 years now. I'm not jealous of her at all.…

No, your fantasy is alive and well at my gym. A lot of the women will walk around in all their glory as if they own the place. I have been bothered several times by some of the things I have seen!

Good evening. Well, last week was really tough for me, too. I got sick and just didn't have any energy to eat right or exercise. But, I'm back on track with the food at least. Tomorrow I will go back to the gym and will try to add 10 minutes to my hour. Hope this is a better week for everyone. Looking forward to this…

Good morning, team. Yesterday I did 6 miles on the elliptical. It's wierd, but my gym has three different styles of ellipticals and it feels like, even though I do the same routine, that I get different stats with each machine. I'm going to try getting a treadmill today.
