If you have the option of opening new tabs on your task bar, this is how I do it (it's pretty long, so please bear with me but it gets the job done): My Home, Settings, Change Forum Signature Scroll down to tickerfactory information. Highlight www.TickerFactory.com/exercise/wESGI77/ (or whatever your last letters/numbers…

WOW!! Is that arm just from doing pushups???
-
Welcome, hopeitworks. I find the full sit up to be harder because you have further up to go. But, that's just my personal opinion. johnblake would tell you otherwise:bigsmile:
-
No, no health problem, I'm just not able to do them. Maybel I'll re-do my exhaustion test doing the full sit up and start over. After all, I've only done one day.
-
OK, I get it. I can't do those anymore but hope to be able to one day.
-
Let me down??? Heck, no. You are an inspiration:glasses: I can't wait till I can do 100. Are you doing the full sit ups?
-
Today is my day off, which is a good thing because I'm not feeling good. I'm not sure if I'm going to be working out tomorrow or not because I have a test at 7:30 p.m. and I can't exercise for 3 hours before. I'm doing a BodPod fitness test to see my body fat % and lean body mass %.

You're welcome. Anything to keep us motivated and accountable:laugh:

Welcome, crunch queen:bigsmile: Glad you found us.
-
Glad to see you, j_g:smile:
-
Hey, lulubar. Welcome aboard. Yeah, I can't wait to see how quickly these become easier.
-
Well, 28's a better number than 8, right?
-
Welcome. Good luck to you.
-
Welcome:drinker: Thanks for joining the challenge.
-
There's already one made. It's called "hundred pushups march". It's under motivation and support.
-
Welcome, Manda. Thanks for joining.
-
I really like this idea. I think I'm going to do my girly ones till I get to the hundred then do another round trying this way. After that I think I should be able to do full prone push ups. Thanks for this information.
-
Hey, glad you found me johnblake. I can't wait till I can do 80 in one shot. Getting to two hundred will be such an accomplish for me.
-
Thanks. I guess I just thought that since I'm doing other challenges I might as well do this one too. Hopefully it won't take too long to get back where I was.
-
I'm also doing the 100 push up challenge. I've never been real good at push ups so it will be interesting to see how that goes.
-
Thanks. I used to be able to do way more than 200 but got really out of shape so am looking forward to doing this.
-
Want to be able to do two hundred sit ups at one time? Follow the program at www.twohundredsitups.com and come back here to post your results. I'm going to be doing crunches rather than full blown sit ups. I did my exhaustion test and was able to complete 50 crunches. That put me at starting at week 3, day 1, column 2.…

2.25 mile run, 1.75 mile walk. 4 miles closer to Maryland:happy:
-
Alright, let's do this. I actually was only going to do crunches but if you want to do the "real" situps I won't stop you:laugh: I may even think about going another round when I'm done with this one to see if I can do the "real" ones too. I'll start another thread for the situps. Hope to see you there.
