Whatever you do, DO NOT starve yourself calories the next day. You will confuse your body, and then send it into storage mode. One day eating to many cals and then the next day not enough, very unwise idea. Just as soon as you realize you went over on cals try to get right back on track. (I know easier said than done, just…
