Reach for healthy foods, try to exercise a least 5x per week, and do no get discourage for any reason!

I had set my goal for 11.5 pounds, but I decided to change it to my desire goal weight, and instead of thinking of 8 weeks goal, I set it up to what ever time it takes me to reach my goal. I think is all in your head, if you want and think real, you will know what you really want to do.

I have 3 favorite meals, I try to mixed up a little but I always go back to my favorites.

18 years ago i was a size 16, for me it would be wonderful to be size back at 175lb ,I am now size 24. and I feel terrible.

Don't give up! Keep trying! Ask yourself if you really want to lose weight or if you want to stay overweight. And don't do it just because you want to lose pounds to look better on your birthday, think how you want to look and feel from now on.

I don't know yet, I just want to take it slow, but my goals are always between 10 and 25lb. When ever I meet my goal, I start a new one. right now my goal is 11.5 in 2 months, but I know I can do better, because I already lost 2.5 lb in 2 days.
