Just had a reset of some of my goals. Instead of going for my final goal (140lbs) i have decide i am going to move my goals 5lb a time. hopefully working at 5lb intervals will keep me going and i'll feel i have goals i can attain. What do you reckon?

I agree with you
I think this will keep you going and then when you do lose 5 pounds, you will feel better about yourself and see that it's actually working. Good luck.

I had set my goal for 11.5 pounds, but I decided to change it to my desire goal weight, and instead of thinking of 8 weeks goal, I set it up to what ever time it takes me to reach my goal. I think is all in your head, if you want and think real, you will know what you really want to do.0

I've just reset my goals to 5lbs each time. It seems less daunting that way! 5lbs to lose each time looks easier and more acheivable than 26lbs! (my actual goal is 129lbs):laugh:0
