I'm still here, just barely though. I fell off the Insanity wagon. Starting back tonight. I have exactly one month before we head to the beaches of San Diego!! I definitely need to tone up and slim down before I put a swim suit on :)

I did the cardio recovery last night as well. I was so thankful not to be jumping around and keeling over because I couldn't breathe lol! I had to skip one day because I had a neck injury that has thankfully healed. So I am back at it. Loving how much I sweat and how many calories I'm burning. Back at the jumping around…

We don't have anything tied to insurance or anything like that. But our company provides us with a gym to workout at whenever we have time during the day. We can also pay for a trainer to come in if we'd like. Our company also has healthy food brought in everyday for lunch.
