Green Tea Pills 30 min before a workout

I personally like OxyElite Pro. Gave me energy to workout without being jittery, like I was on Hydroxy Cut.

I'm not sure about the caffeine pills and espresso, I don't like coffee... another reason for the caffeine pills :wink:

I take green tea pills. This helps most of the time. Every now and then I have to add some caffeine pills for that little extra push.

You should check out the book "Clean Eating Diet" by Tosca Reno. Great info in there.

Ok this may be TMI, but getting a colonic has helped with my bloating. It just kind of cleans everything out.

I have an 8-5 desk job where I eat lunch at my desk. I am, however, extremely lucky that our office has a gym. I'm able to workout during the day during my down time.

I used to have a Timex and it worked great for a year. Then one day it just stopped. I changed the battery and reset it, and still nothing. I have just ordered the Polar FT7. Can't wait to try it out!
