Don't be disheartened, nearly every image you see these days are photoshopped to look the way the art director wants them to look, so 10 bucks says half of those toned belly photos had stretch marks on them originally :)

I'd like to lose 10 kilos by the end of July, because I am going on holidays then, and a further 5 to 10 by next christmas. I reckon that's attainable!

Canberra is ****ty for bulk billing medical centres, they dont seem to have any. Drive into NSW an see a doctor just across the border.
