This is a good idea. Chili with a lot of fillers like beans, peppers, etc... Or you could do a shepherds pie... It's not SUPER healthy, but it'll be filling.

I don't know... I think I'm the only non-fan of the C25k program. I was just messaging a friend about this. I don't think the C25k program was created for everyone. When I started running, I weighed about 275 and to push me to get to a 20-30 minute minute 5k in 9 weeks? It's unrealistic and created a false sense of hope…

"He's Just Not That Into You" (the book and the movie) has a GREAT section called "If He's Not Marrying You..." I wouldn't do anything until you've watched/read that. Books and movies solve all of life's great challenges. Good luck.

I'm tall (5'7"), and have thunder thighs and huge hips, so my legs don't move very quickly. I started walking at 3.2, and jogging at 4.0. Now I briskly walk at 3.8 and jog comfortably at 4.5. These are the varying speeds I do my 5k training on, unless I'm completely winded, in which case I'll walk at 3.5 to catch my breath…
