Welcome! That's approximately my goal, too, except I'm expanding mine until June rather than April. I've already lost a bit and so my weight loss has slowed down. As far as resistance training goes, I don't know how to answer that!

You're lucky. I have three different options for voices - soft male, soft female and "drill sergeant". All of them are annoying and when I'm ready to quit, I really don't want to hear that I'm not even close to finishing!

Yeah, mine is different too. I think it may be because the app isn't an "official" C25k app... I'm not sure. I trust the Cool Running website. I've never even used my app all the way through a particular training day because I can't stand the voice chiming in saying "halfway there" when I feel like DYING, LOL.

I try to burn about 1,000 in 90 minutes, but now that I'm training for a 5k, running doesn't allow me to burn as many calories. A typical day would be about a 200 calorie burn during my jog, then adding another 600 walking uphill and if I'm feeling really daring, I'll ride the bike for a bit to burn additional calories. I…

I love to listen to hip hop when I work out. I'm way into Black Eyed Peas and Dev, but ONLY during cardio. If it comes on the radio in the car, I can't stand it but during a work out, I love it.
