Leave it be. I had surgery for an ectopic pregnancy in March, when I got back to the gym a few weeks later I had to take it easy. If anyone had come up to me and said you're not doing it right I would have burst into tears.

Awesome work, you look so healthy and full of life! Keep it up, you are inspiring. :)

I'm no doctor, but I don't know that you'd find anyone to recommend pregnancy as a time to lose weight. That said, I think it's realistic that you don't gain a whole lot, especially if you are considerable overweight, as long as you're eating a healthy diet. I think most of us have set our calorie goal to maintenance at…

I'm due November 12. This will be baby number 6. Does anyone else plan on still losing weight?

Hi everyone, Just found out a few days ago I am pregnant. Still in shock I think as I only have one tube and am 38. Doctor seems to think losing weight helped. I have 5 other children, so am well used of the pregnancy journey. However this time I plan on doing it totally different. I am staying here and logging every day.…

Tonga. Funny that, my kids are Tongan well half. I'm not. ;)

I honestly wouldn't move anywhere, pretty happy with Australia. But if I absolutely had to, it would be New Zealand.
-
Awesome! You look so happy and healthy. I too have lost a similar amount of weight as you and still have a way to go. Its great seeing other people on the same journey doing so well! Keep it up!

Anywhere from 2-5 kilos. I hate it. Finished now and waiting for those scales to go down as the mirror is telling me there is a difference in my stomach.
-
I've not missed a day since I started again 4 months ago. Feel free to add me. :)

I started HIIT about 3 weeks ago. Prior to that my weight loss had really stalled. The past few days its just been dropping off. I think 4 kilos the past week and a bit. So awesome results. I also lift weights so am very happy with my results.
-
Wow, you look great. My scales aren't nice to me either, although I keep losing cms, the kgs just don't seem to like moving much. Great inspiration, I have quite a similar figure to you and now know what I can maybe expect. :)
-
You go girl!! Must look into this rules of lifting for women...

Nowhere, pretty damned blessed to live in Australia. :)

Cling wrap is about a dollar, add some smelly oils I'm sure it would do the same thing. ;)

I am so so sorry for the loss of your beautiful little man. I just read your blog and I am in tears. Your pain is still so raw and your loss so recent. I wouldn't even bother trying to worry about your weight or exercising until you feel you are really ready. Again, my thoughts are with you and your family. Take care of…

Nope. It honestly makes me sick if I eat it now. Much prefer Red Rooster or similar if I must have take away.
-
I think I have added everyone here, but feel free to add me if I missed you. :) I have lost 16 kilos, still want to lose another 30 or so. In Sydney..
-
Awesome! I can't wait to be able to do that properly again!
-
We have pretty much the same stats. Except I am 38. I stalled for 5 weeks, (at 1200) and only started losing again when I upped my calories to 1700 according to that spreadsheet on the road map. Took just over a week once I started consistently eating 1700 for the weight to see the scales move down again.

Sydney here... :)

Maybe your metabolism has changed in the past 7 years? When I first started here on MFP my weight loss totally stalled eating at 1200. I was exercising and not eating enough. I am now eating more and still exercising. The weight is slowly coming off. Measurements seem to be moving faster though. The weight is also coming…

I'm a similar weight to you. It took me about 2 weeks before I had energy all day after a workout. But I am eating more then you. I am on around 1700 a day, followed that spreadsheet method that is on here somewhere. When I first started I followed the 1200 and my weight loss totally stalled. (I was losing before I got…

Feel free to add me.. :)

Its genetics, if you were big busted before the weight gain, they will still be there after the loss. I am going down in strap size as I lose back fat, but my cup size always stays dd. Which I am more then happy with.

I am Australian, my other half is Samoan. Lots of fun cooking two lots of different meals every night as the islander food is not good for weight loss! Yet he can eat like a horse and not put a single kilo on...
-
I did the same thing on Friday, massive binge. Its Sunday night here and I have stayed under on my weekly stats. So all good. But not planning on doing it again anytime soon.
-
Even at 60 kg mine were DD's. So not anticipating that the cup size will change and I hope they don't! However the band size has dropped a size already. From a 18 to a 16. Depends on genetics I suppose.

93 pounds is amazing!!! Do you have some old clothes from when you started or something? They help me when I'm having a bad day when I see how huge they are...

I too was wondering why all of a sudden I was wanting to eat crap and not stop. Then looked at the calender and realised af was on her way in 5 or so days. Yay. To all those ladies having problems with pain etc, try vitex. I started taking it about 3 months ago and its really helped with cramping and lightened the bleeding…
