NSV that gave me a jolt of motivation

It seems that just when things start to get more difficult, I have a much needed NSV.
My nsv today is, for the first time in decades, I can cross my leg over my knee! Not a big deal for many, but huge for me, and keeps me motivated and on track, when I really need it.
BTW, thanks to everyone here whose NSV's also keep me motivated. It is one of my favorite things about MFP!

Way to go; it's not just how one's body looks but what we can do with it! Very nice NSV!0

Awesome! I can't wait to be able to do that properly again!0

Fabulous!! It is always great to realize how your body can do things which the excess weight prevented before0

I love the NSVs that involve being able to DO things. "Life", Pogo once said, "is doing stuff." When our bodies let us do more, we live more. Great news!0
