I'm of the opinion that sometimes life take precedence over the gym and dietary goals. Go, enjoy the food and company. Get to the gym tomorrow. Being healthy is great. But what is the point of being healthy if you have to forego all of life's pleasures for the rest of your life? Moderation is key.

Second day in the bag! I am going to get a heavier weight (only have 2lbs right now) but I found it challenging today. Did anyone else notice that Jillian seems a lot "nicer" in this workout than in 30DS? More supportive and postive, IMO.

I'm only doing 6w6p and 30-40 mins of cardio per day (usually treadmill & elliptical).

Goal 1: This is one I have to work on. I have cut out soda (except as a treat on cheat days) but I LOVE Crystal Light Iced Tea. I usually pick that to have with meals. Goal 2: Good call! Goal 3 & 4: Doing these things will ensure long term success! Great ideas PK!

Absolutely. But I was cheap with my dress because I *thought* it wasn't a big deal. Ended up, it was. If I could go back in time, I would splurge on a dress that I really wanted and cut corners elsewhere. Also, I tried to go with a college student photog and it really didn't work out well. I agree with this. I'd say don't skimp on photography, dress (I did & regret it), entertainment or food. All of the other things (invites, location, centerpieces, etc) can be skimped on. You will have the photos for years, this is the only time you will wear a beautiful, ultraformal gown and be the center of attention and…

Just finished! I kept up with it pretty well. I can do ab work til the cows come home, BUT, the burpees, caterpillars and side planks are a completely different story. I am going to have to work myself up to those!

Hi everyone :) This is my first challenge. I'm going to do the DVD this afternoon. I went to the gym this morning and did 30 mins of cardio. I'm a little afraid of Jillian LOL. I love Lake Erie. It's becoming a "thing" for us to visit once a year. It's a beautiful area. We've never been to Pittsburgh, but I've heard it's a great city.

:frown: I'm sorry to hear that. I know Bloom was hit very bad. We were down there near the end of September and couldn't believe the devastation. We took our kids to Town Park sometimes before the flood hit it.

The video just stopped & went to the next one after she was leaving the hospital?? Anyone know where I can watch her story? That man making fun of her at the store is terrible. I cannot believe grown adults act like that. Ugh!
