I did one cheat day per week when I lost the bulk of my weight. I compared it to spending money. I don't always buy unnecessary things but it is ok to do it now and then. It worked for me and I understood that it was a one-day-per-week thing only.

My highest was last summer. I was 157lbs, 5'2". Now I'm not :happy: I'm 33 now. So my highest weight was when I was 32ish.

I agree about the dance party. I do that with my two boys and it's so much fun. Plus, it's quality time with the kids! :)

I've often found that self described nice guys are anything but. They "act" like nice guys but really they are not. They are immature, rude, clingy, manner-less, etc. I go by the adage, "If you have to say it, you probably don't show it." IOW, don't SAY you are a nice guy, SHOW it.

Yes I use one. I bought one last month after reading a similar thread on here. I've noticed that some things I actually get more of now that I am not guessing. It's been very helpful.

Maybe, maybe not. I'm not an archaeologist. I just think defending a lifestyle choice by citing the lives of cavemen and/or people in third world countries isn't an altogether prudent way of going about such decisions.

We also died in our 20s and 30s. :bigsmile: I'm not saying that LF is bad or unhealthy, but we don't live AT ALL like cave men did. So why should we model their diet?

Since eating, for me, is about much more than caloric intake and taking care of hunger, I would not like this type of diet.

I log my weekend cleaning because I only do it once a week. I also severely undercut the actual time I clean. Today I cleaned for almost four hours, but only logged one hour of light cleaning.

I find many of the moves easier than I had anticipated. But when she does the hard moves, she really does them! LOL

LOL Thanks! I actually felt like a loser because I had to take Friday off b/c of my back. I am going to do it today, if I get time. My nephew is coming over today and my house is a mess (too much time at the gym!). I've modified some of the moves that I can't due b/c of my back. I do pushups during the burpees and planks…

Good job toni! I did end up taking yesterday off from the DVD. I have scoliosis and my lower back & hips were on fire. But after resting it yesterday, I am ready for to do it today! Happy Saturday!
