Thats cool info and great for me, coz i have those times and think omg ive ruined the entire week.I think on a bad day I can eat about 3000 cals, if it was really bad day i think i could hit 4000 maybe. Eating out is my problem, When you go for a steak with jacket pot and salad and the cals are 980, then you say well i will have that cheescake which is around 450, the later you think I will have some chocolate, 400 or a auntie annes vanilla pretzel, another 400, then if you add chinease food on top of that, well its gonna be bad isnt it lol.0

maknig me see all is not lost if I have a bad day every now and then. i am one that has been so obbessed on my eating that when I ate something I thought would make me gain I would hurry up and exersize to burn the calories. now I exersize once a day.
