AWESOME JOB! Looks like you've lost more than 22 lbs girl. Keep up the great work. You can do it!

Welcome Jared! Looking forward to seeing you post about smashing your goals! :)

Hey, is it too late to join? I'd love to give it a try. I failed miserably with the run/walk 100 miles in August due to traveling, etc but I want to shoot for another fitness goal.
-
I can definitely see the change. Fantastic job! :)

Aug 2nd - 4.5 miles Aug. 3rd - 0 miles :( Gotta get busy!

Way to go! Awesome job.

Forgot to post yesterday....8/1: 3.15 miles. I'll be back later this evening to post today's. :)

Sign me up. I want to try. I'll be on vacay for 2 of those weeks so it will be a challenge.

Great job!

Welcome to MFP! I hear ya about GNO's...they get the best of me. We have to go to 2 events tomorrow & I've been stressing about the calories from the mix drinks. I've come to the conclusion that I'm going to enjoy myself as far as the drinks go, WATCH what I eat closely & try to get some extra workouts in over the weekend…

It took me about 4 classes for my vajayjay not to be sore. LOL! After about a month I was kicking butt. Even if I step away from it for a few months, I can usually pick it right back up. I love spinning. I hate that our Y afternoon class is cancelled during the Summer. And for the life of me I can never make that 6am…

AWESOME JOB!

AWESOME JOB! Such an inspiring story. Thanks for the motivation to keeeeeep going.
-
LOVE! And I whole heartedly agree. STEELERS NATION BABY!

 You can do it. Keep plugging away. I just tried the elliptical for the first time yesterday & loved it. It was so much easier on my knees & back vs. my treadmill. I wish I had bought the elliptical instead. I'm headed back to the Y after work for round 2.

AWESOME JOB! Thanks for the motivation to keep plugging away.

Feel free to add me. Trying to get back in triathlon shape from having back surgery. Put on weight of course so now I gotta get it back off. Just keep moving forward & pay attention to what you eat.

Awesome job girl. Keep up the good work.

Something that helped me & another friend was to "schedule" your workout times & keep them just like you would keep an important Dr. appt or something. No canceling or rescheduling. Working 10 hr days makes it tough so try to get at least a 30 min cardio in before you get settled in for the night. Get longer workouts in…

Feel free to add me.

That is awesome! Keep plugging away. You'll get to 195 no doubt about it.

It may not wake me up but I'm pretty sure it has saved people's lives...kept me from killing them. I love my coffee & it is one thing I won't give up. Call me addicted. I really don't care. :drinker:

Awesome job! You look fantastic.

You can add me.

I'm 5'8", large frame & my goal is 145 - 155. Much lower than that and I would look sickly. I do want to be more toned though.

Welcome to MFP! I just got "active" here on Tuesday. I've worked out, traine, etc but never tracked my food. That's what brought me here. I love seeing the support everyone is giving each other. I'll try to help out as much as I can. And for what it is worth, I just watch a show 3 nights ago where the woman was overweight…
-
YOU CAN DO IT GIRL! Take it one day & one step at a time.

Stopping by to say "Hi"!!! Good luck on your first 5K. They become addicting. My first 5K led me spinning & then triathlon training.
