Congrats on your successes! Losing weight is difficult no matter what routes you take! Maybe you can start a group for people who have had weight loss surgeries this way you guys can support each other and offer tips. Good luck and keep up the good work!

We can do it!! So far I've eaten breakfast and lunch and didn't do too bad at all! I had some lemonade so I'm sitting here enjoy and ice cold glass of water and I am totally happy with that!!! I also did my to-do list and have all the items I need for dinner!!! How are you guys doing!!

Okay so I exercised! 1 hour of Zumba!! Had a healthy breakfast of egg whites, turkey sausage, and bacon bits witha bagel thin and a teeny smear of butter... I'm off ot grocery shop and pick up a salad of some sort... Chipoltle is calling me but their sodium is always a concern for me...
