Wow. People suck! I know its easier said than done but try not to let him get to you. You're doing great and as long as you're healthy and feeling good keep at it. You've worked way too hard to let some jerk ruin it for you.

I don't have the recipe saved on MFP but Jillian Michaels has a good, low cal breakfast muffin recipe. You might be able to Google it. I know it calls for whole wheat flour and I think there is honey in it

There is your mistake. My experience with vanilla protein powder is awful. Always buy chocolate!

Jillian Michael's 30 day shred has been great for me- tons of leg exercises mixed with cardio is the best thing for toning. The lunge jumps in the third level are great!
