you dont have to go without mfp, just without the upkeep. I still enter my weight and other than that it's straight to the community boards to learn and share. You have so much knowledge now that you hit goal. Bring it here and help others achieve their goals!

My feelings exactly! As I said in my post also lol. Use it as a tool, not a guideline. Evolve beyond it. Its a great way to help you focus, but don't depend on a number to tell u what u need. Your body is trying to tell you...listen to it! I think in todays society we get so caught up in numbers we start to ignore the…

I stopped counting before I reached goal. Wen I stopped focusing so much on trying to count, I start to realize I counted so much, I kinda know what in stuff! lol I am 113 right now which is only so that I could get everything off and then build. My stomach was a real problem area so I kept going until I got all the fat…

Hey Divas! loving this thread! I had to add. so i took a few minutes and put a couple comparison pics together. as far as what I am doing, I love Zumba, and I love to weight train. as far as food, I eat what I want, but in moderation. I have learned to make this a lifestyle change, not just a few month thing. I'm almost…

You guys, I had someone ask me this: I do lots of cardio but my biggest struggle is the weight training and to keep myself motivated and not bored while doing it. What did you do?? I noticed you did it for 1-2 hours! i can barely do 30 minutes. After I finished typing my response, I decided that I wanted to share this info…

Well I like the ab bench and ab machines. I can't do crunches because of back issues so i use the ab bench alot to support my head and neck. for obliques I use a free weight and do side crunches. My favorite ab workout though is on youtube. it's called "12 Minute Standing Up Abs - Lets Kick those ABS into shape". it's…

Ha, ha, ha!I'm sure your pics are great! yes, I read the success stories there, but since I have been on mFP, I've discovered that people here will inspire you when you ask. I trust my pals on here because i know you all are real!

after plateauing a few times, I changed my program. I stay motivated by looking at and reading success stories on here. pics especially. I love to see the change in a person who is working hard to achieve their goals. if I'm feeling like I just don't want to work out, i look here and also at my own pics. but to be honest,…

I literally just finished reading the website for this program and found myself very interested but also weary of downloading it for some reason, call it women's intuision :drinker: . since MFP is where I heard of it and saw great result pics, I decided to do a search and here you all are! now I'm super motivated and gonna…

Not everyone. I have dreadlocks, so cutting my hair would send me into depression. See, for a person (and I know hundreds) with Locs, growth is the journey. For me, watching my hair grow longer as my body gets smaller is what makes me feel HOT!!!
