  • Your ideal body weight is around 130. Roughly 100 lbs for 5 ft and 5 lbs per inch after. BMI is at around 23 now.

And I had gyno surgery 4 days ago so there's a lot of scar tissue but this is also me...
Still quite chubby but only a couple of inches left! Initial waist 45" and now, it's 35" :D

And yes, all of those stretch marks are testimony to the following...

    Initial weight: 250lbs

    Now: 188lbs

    Target: 178lbs

Here I am in our Christmas card for last year.

Now, about 6 months and 58 pounds later, here we are again. (This is at the top of Multnumah Falls, Oregon, by the way. Yes, my little 4 year old buddy made the hike up that hill by himself, which is really something, for those of you who have done it.)

Congrats on your weight loss and must say, your kids are soo adorable :) Loved seeing your pics.

@CameoDouglas - your stats are a lot like mine. I don't think I want to get down to 115 but your transformation was the kick in the booty I needed!!

  • It's strange to think that on the first photo I'm actually not out of shape- I've been a runner for 6 years now (never logging under 50k a week, competing in 1/2 marathons) I just handled both my food and exercise wrong.
Literally the only thing I did as far as nutrition goes was a bit of a portion control and (irregular) intermittent fasting.
I changed my training completely and stopped running only dull long distance- I threw in HIIT and short really fast runs. I started lifting weights and doing circuit training at home.
Second pic is a result of doing that for about 2 months now.
    First pic: 145lbs (66kg) Second pic: 130lbs (59kg).
